Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States only at this time.
Where is my tracking number?
You’ll get a tracking number via email once your order ships. It can take up to 14 business days for your order to shipped, and another 48 hours for your tracking your tracking number to be updated.
After your order has been shipped, you will need to contact the shipping provider to get updates about your shipment.
Also, if your order shows as delivered, but you don’t have possession of the package, you will need to contact the shipping provider directly for information.

For optimal results, please carefully follow the instructions below on how to properly care for your SneakerZ CreatureZ clothing.
1) Flip your shirts inside-out prior to washing.
2) Wash your clothing only on a gentle cycle in cold water.
3) Hang your clothing to dry – do not dry in a machine dryer.
We are not responsible for any clothing that is ruined or damaged via washing and drying.
